Walter Baum, age 89, of Mendota Heights, MN, died surrounded by his loving family on December 24, 2021. Preceded in death by parents, Ludwig and Rachel Baum. As a six-year-old boy, Walter fled Nazi Germany with his parents and lived in Duluth, MN, before settling in North Minneapolis.
