Victor Barr, age 67, of Plymouth, born 6/19/1951, died 11/3/2018 due to complications following bladder cancer. Preceded in death by beloved father & mother, Bernard Barr & Manya (Schecter) Barr. Survived by significant other, Nancy Turnbull; brother, George Barr (Jo-Anne Stately); sisters, Susan Barr (Jerry Webber), Lucy Barr; niece, Nichole Saba (Matt); nephew, Aaron Barr; great-niece, Sophia Saba; great-nephew, Michael Saba; Godson, Ryan Quinn; extended family, Debbie, Christe, Marcene, Jean, Laurie, Cheryl, John and Myron and their spouses and children; and his many friends.
