Toby Feldman, age 88, of St. Paul, passed away August 16, 2011. Preceded in death by son, Robert; parents, Isadore & Rose Sultan; brothers, Victor, David and Samuel Sultan. Survived by husband of 65 years, Sidney; children, Sheri (David) Cerny, Alan (Melanie)Feldman; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Deborah Feldman, Daniel and Benjamin Cerny, Ari Feldman; daughter-in-law, Beth Friend; sister, Annette (Burton) Bongart; sisters-in-law, Charlotte, Elfriede and Rita Sultan; also many other relatives & friends that loved her dearly. Funeral service THURSDAY 12 NOON, BETH JACOB CONGREGATION, 1179 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights. Memorials preferred to Talmud Torah of St. Paul or donor’s favorite charity.
