Sylvia "Sara" Lyons, age 84, of St. Paul. Preceded in death by loving husband, Merle; parents, Fannie & Meyer Grobovsky; brothers, Ben & Joe; sisters, Molly & Ida. Survived by adoring children, Stephen & Patti, Bruce & Randee, Abby & Ronnie, Harlan and Beth & Ed; grandchildren, Jason, Alli &Tony, Charlie & Joey, Joee & Mike, Nicole & Jesse, Scott, Josh, Jeremy, Tori and Michael, Jenny & Jon, Michael, Karen & Ronen, Jeff & Jill; great-grandchildren, Talia, Mira and Sig; sister and brothers-in-law, Renee & Irv, Bernard and Shirley, many dearly loved nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends. Sara was a loving wife, mother, baubie and sister. A devoted woman of valor who expressed her love of her entire family by taking tireless care of them with her "heart and soul." She was an inspiration to all who tasted her food and shared her company. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. James Finell and the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital. Funeral service WEDNESDAY (TODAY) 2 PM at TEMPLE OF AARON SYNAGOGUE, 616 S. Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul. Memorials are preferred to the Temple of Aaron Sisterhood.
