Shirlee F Lenske Obituary (1925 - 2016)

Shirlee Lenske, 91 of Portland, Oregon, formerly of Minneapolis passed away on October 6th, 2016. Born Shirley Goldstein on March 30, 1925 in Minneapolis, she was the second of five children born to Albert and Susan Goldstein (Libman). She was preceded in death by her parents Albert & Susan Stein, her husbands Marvin Snyder and Reuben Lenske and siblings Edward Stein, Arthur Stein, Maxine Robbins and Paul Stein. She is survived by her three sons Randall (Gail), Jeffrey (Jane) and Gregg Snyder; four grandchildren Matthew, Micah, Marissa and Zachary; sisters-in-law Janice Stein and Gayle Stein; many loving nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her loving caregiver Joan Ormsby. Shirlee was a generous and loving woman to her family and friends. She was a sharp businesswoman who ran many businesses. She loved music, the arts and lived life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed. Graveside services 3:00 pm SUNDAY, October 9th 2016 at UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY, 2605 W. 70 1/2 Street, Richfield, MN.
