Shirlee Friedman Pilch Obituary (1921 - 2015)

Shirlee Friedman Pilch, age 94, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully at her home on April 26, 2015. Shirlee was preceded in death by husbands, Maurice Pilch and Phil Friedman; siblings, Leila Orren, Miriam Liberman, Dorothy Chernyk, Sherwin Glatstein, Francene Lifson, Richard Glatstein. She is survived by her daughters, Loni Stillerman (Dr. Allan), Marilyn Shapiro (Dr. Ralph) and Leslie Nerenberg (Dr. Lex) as well as her grandchildren, Orrie Salper, Rachel Ganani (Tal), Layne Shapiro, Matt Shapiro, Mark Nerenberg, and Marissa Nerenberg. Shirlee is also survived by her two great-grandchildren, Dean and Yonah Ganani. Her life was filled with the love of and for her family. Funeral service TUESDAY 12 NOON, at BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5225 Barry Street West, St. Louis Park. Memorials preferred to Lung Cancer Research or donor's favorite charity.
