Sheila Lee Cohen

Sheila L. Cohen, age 68 of St. Paul, MN passed away 10/15/2015, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Steven, and parents Paul & Eva Liebert. Sheila is survived by daughters Alisa Cohen and Paula Andersen (Richard); grandchildren Mia and Skylaer; brother-in-law Jerry Cohen (Marlene); cousins Sue, Andy, Steve and Bernie. Sheila was a graduate of Michigan State with advanced degrees in special education and social work. She led a long life of work dedicated to social justice issues and equal education. "If the world says 'No,' ask Sheila." She will be remembered by her friends and family as a compassionate and loyal giver, who led by example.
