Ruth Schwarz

Ruth Dorothy Schwarz, age 75 of St.Paul passed away on Sept. 6th. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary & William Schwarz, grandparents Max & Johanna Markrich, Max & Clara Schwarz, uncle William Markrich, cousins Erica and Evelyn Hirsch. Her companion of many years Wolf Hempel. Survived by sister Claire Dodge, aunt Lilo Markrich, cousins Julia Markrich-Krebs, Sandra Brennan, Michael Markrich and Jonathan Markrich. Her great friends Dorothy Slegman, Kristine Drew. Special gratitude to Ellen Merrill and Scott Derudder for always being there for her. And the staff at the Sholom Home, Shaller Family East Campus, for the wonderful care and kindness they provided. Funeral service 2:30 p.m. MONDAY Sept. 11th at SHOLOM HOME EAST, 740 Kay Ave. St.Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Mental Health Minnesota or donors' favorite charity.
