Robert Noel "Bob" Katz

Robert Noel “Bob” Katz, age 81 of Eagan passed away 11/15/2013. He is preceded in death by his parents Gerald & Gertrude Katz. Survived by his wife of over 42 years, Judyth; children Richard Noel Katz, Barry (Esther Granbois) Katz and Geri (Brian Elliott) Katz; grandchildren Ravi Noah Katz Elliott and Charles David Katz Elliott; sister Judith (Dr. Filmore) Rodich; brother-in-law Laurence (Anita) Bierman; nephews and nieces Norman (Susan) Rodich, Jeremy Rodich and Dr. Gail Rodich, Susan (Tim) Hickey and Joan (John) LaBue. Bob was retired CPA and a partner at Grant Thornton and a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Bob was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a kind and generous friend. Memorial service TUESDAY 11:00 a.m. at MOUNT ZION TEMPLE, 1300 Summit Ave., St. Paul. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Mitzvah Food Shelf at Mount Zion Temple, Johnson Hospice at Sholom Home East, 740 Kay Ave., St. Paul, MN 55102 or the Neighborhood House, 179 Robie St. E., St. Paul, MN 55107.
