Dr Richard Matus

Dr. Richard Matus, of Mendota Heights, passed away 11/15/2014. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirlene; daughters Melanie Matus Demont (Cary) and Julie Matus Abelovitz (Joe); grandson Adam Abelovitz; brother Jerome Matus (Joan); nieces and nephews. Dr. Matus was Chief of Staff at St. Joseph Hospital in the early 70’s and was associated with Pediatric and Young Adult Medicine of St. Paul. Throughout his career her served at St. Paul Children’s Hospital and gave exceptional care to many children. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. TUESDAY Nov. 18th at the TEMPLE OF AARON CEMETERY, Dale at Larpenteur, Roseville. Memorials are preferred to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, P.O.
