Perry M.Koritz, age 78 of St. Louis Pk, passed away June 26, 2007. Preceded in death by parents Arthur & Edythe Koritz. Loving husband, father, papa, and brother. Survived by wife, Adrienne; daughter, Julie Koritz; son, Mark (Jill); grandchildren, Sophia, Alexander, Yetta, and Raleigh; brother, Murray (Harriet) Koritz; brother-in-law, Jerry Locker, nieces, nephews, and special cousin, Jerry "Chick" Bronstien. The family wishes to thank the H4200 ICU staff at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital for all the loving care you provided. Funeral service FRIDAY (TODAY) 1PM, UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 1/2 at Thomas Ave. So. Memorials are preferred to the donor''s favorite charity. The family will receive friends Saturday evening after 7PM and SHIVA service Sunday evening 7PM at 8500 Westmoreland Lane, St. Louis Park.
