Percy Greenberg Obituary (1939 - 2021)

Percy Greenberg, age 82 of Minnetonka, MN passed away Oct. 27, 2021 due to complications of COVID-19. Percy was born & grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he started his family and had deep roots. Percy & Bernice moved to the U.S. in 1967 where he began his 40-year career in the metal business. Aside from his beloved family & friends, Percy’s true love was UNA-CLAD Copper Sales—the business he founded with partner Norman Goldetsky in 1973. Percy was a true innovator & entrepreneur with an unbelievable knack for engineering without any formal education. His spirit was infectious & his character & legacy will live on forever. Preceded in death by parents, Mary & Ben Greenberg. Survived by beloved wife of 61 years Bernice Greenberg, daughter Rhonda (Robert) Zakheim, son Jordan (Kerri) Greenberg, and granddaughters Marissa (Matt) Jahnke, Ellie Zakheim, and Rachel & Hallie Greenberg along with many special lifelong friends from Winnipeg, Minneapolis & Florida.
