Paula Rubin

Paula Rubin, age 92, of St. Louis Park, formerly of St. Paul, passed away January 4, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, David. Paula, a beloved and respected member of the Jewish Community, was a native of Poland and a Holocaust survivor. She emigrated to the U.S. from Europe following WWII. With her husband David they owned Rubin's Kosher Meats, which was a Twin Cities landmark for a generation. Paula is survived by her children, Doree Glaser (James Brown), Rosalie Gellman (Andrew) and Joseph Rubin (Marguerite); grandchildren, Joshua Glaser (Paola); Adam Gellman (Cassie), Hart and Lauren Gellman, Ashley Agres (Serge) and Alex Rubin; great-grandsons, Noah and Rory Gellman. Funeral services 1:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY January 6, 2016 at TEMPLE OF AARON SYNAGOGUE, 616 S. Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul.
