Patricia "Patti" Seglin Palay Obituary (1956 - 2020)

Patricia "Patti" Seglin Palay Age 64, passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her husband and children on October 11th, 2020. Patti was a warrior. She fought ovarian cancer for nearly 8 years. Her battle was brave and beautiful. Throughout her treatments and surgeries she never complained. She continued to make sure everyone around her was always happy and taken care of. We will be forever grateful for the love and care of the Park Nicollet Frauenshuh Cancer Center. They became our family and support system. Patti spent her days enjoying her family and friends, her joy and good spirit was contagious. She loved being a Nana and spending time with her four grandchildren. Patti enjoyed many years volunteering with Haddasah and made lifelong friends within the organization. She loved working out and playing mahjong with her friends. Preceded in death by father, Lester Seglin; mother, Beverly Seglin. Survived by husband, Howard Palay; brother, Jeffrey (Nancy) Seglin; sons, David (Sarah) Palay, Brian (Emily Heitman) Palay, and daughter Lauren (Max) Paletz; grandchildren, Anna Paletz, Leah Paletz, Oliver Palay, Louis Palay.
