Nathan "Nate" Zweigbaum Obituary (1921 - 2011)

Nathan “Nate" Zweigbaum age 89 of Minnetonka, passed away February 17, 2011. Nate served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star. He was the former owner of Family Used Furniture and Antiques on West Broadway, Mpls., and was a member of the Masons and the Zuhrah Shriners. Nate is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 64 years, Minnie; children, Larry (Barb) Zweigbaum, Connie (Peter) Frank, Diane (Irwin) Ingber; grandchildren, Michael (Elly), Marlee, Sari (Michael), Andrea (Robby), Dan (Sara), Brad and Jay; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Adin, Benny and Sadee; sister, Rose (Ralph)Spector; brothers-in-law, Joe (Addie) Liss, Harvey (Judy) Liss; sister-in-law, Lois Liss; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff at Wellstead of Rogers for all their wonderful care and support. Funeral service FRIDAY 1:30PM, ADATH JESHURUN CONGREGATION, 10500 Hillside Lane W., Minnetonka. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the donor’s favorite charity. SHIVA, 7 PM Sunday and Monday at the Adath Jeshurun Congregation.
