66, of Mpls, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on December 30, 2010. Preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Martin Stesin. She is survived by her daughter, Lexi Carlson, Evanston, Illinois, (companion Sebastian Karcher); sister, Bonnie Stesin, Evanston, Illinois, (husband, Doug Bellows); brothers, Alan Stesin, MD, San Francisco, Mark Stesin, MD, Mpls., (wife, Heather), & Bill Stesin, Mpls., (partner Julie Larsen); niece, Marlee Stesin; nephew, Kenny Stesin; and special cousins, Jill, Paula and Barry Spector. Nancy attended St. Louis Park High School and was a graduate of Boston University with a degree in journalism. Nancy was a unique and colorful personality. She had a love of life, a vitality and her own special brand of humor. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 2nd, at 3:00pm at the Minneapolis Jewish Cemetery, 70 1/2 and Penn Ave S., Richfield, MN. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for Shiva at the home of Bill Stesin, 817 Meadow Lane South, Golden Valley, MN 55416, on Sunday Evening, January 2nd at 7:00pm.
