Nan Fine Posnick Obituary (1924 - 2011)

Nan Fine Posnick, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of St. Louis Park, MN, passed away January 28, 2011. Preceded in death one month ago by Irving, husband of 65 years. Also parents William and Rachel Fine; brothers Joe, Morris, and Arkie Fine. Survived by sons, Dr. William (Dr. Pat Lanier) of Galveston, TX, Dr. Steven (Monica) of Chanhassen, MN, Dr. Jeffrey (Patty) of Potomac, MD, Dr. Richard (Peg) of Longmont, CO ; grandchildren, Abra, Bailey, Josh, David, Rachel, Sam; sisters Lee and Sally Fine; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Nan was dedicated to her family and to being a good wife, mother, grandmother, mother in law, and sister. She was very supportive and involved with Irv’s career as a dentist. She served as president of the Women’s Auxiliary for the Minneapolis District Dental Society as well as the Minnesota Dental Association. Nan and Irv truly enjoyed spending their time together whether traveling the world, being with family and friends, or shopping at Costco. She loved her life and always said she had no regrets. Thank you Nan for teaching us so much about what is important in life, reminding us to travel, to have a good time, and to appreciate family. We will miss you.
