Max Schwartz, age 19, of Minnetonka, passed away August 21, 2018. Preceded in death by brother, Zachary. Survived by parents, Mike & Jill; brother, Alex; uncles, Lee Prohofsky, Terry Schwartz; Aunts, Sheri Sisler, Suzy Krelitz; great-uncle, Ed Prohofsky; cousins, Nicole and Nick Schwartz, Julianna, Nate, and Naomi Prohofsky; and many other family and friends.
