Judy Milavetz Freidson

Judy Milavetz Freidson, age 72 of St. Louis Park, passed away August 16, 2018. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Frances and David Milavetz and her beloved son Benjamin Freidson. She is survived by her daughters, Debe (Adam) Fefferman and Jenne Freidson; granddaughter Abigail Fefferman; brothers, Dr. Barry (Judy) Milavetz and Dr. Gary (Mary) Milavetz; sister-in law Miriam Freidson; brother-in-law Mickey (Rachel) Freidson and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and special cousins here and in California and New Jersey. Judy was proud of being born in Virginia, MN on the Iron Range. Family was everything to her and most of all she loved being a Baubie to Abby. She had many friends and especially valued her decades long friendships with her Maj Ladies, and friends from her days as an elementary school teacher. She will be missed. Many thanks to the staff at Sholom Home West and Sholom Johnson Hospice for the loving care they provided to Judy. A special thank you to Jeff Freidson, for his love and support to Debe and Jenne during this difficult time. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. SUNDAY, Aug.19th at MINNEAPOLIS JEWISH CEMETERY, 7032 Penn Ave. So., Richfield. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Sholom Johnson Hospice, The Animal Humane Society or donor’s favorite charity.
