Joel Arthur Held

Joel Arthur Held, passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 66. Joel was proudly involved in the Minneapolis Jewish Community for several years, including as a former active chapter advisor for BBYO. He was also dedicated to the family owned business, Twin City Supply, a legacy that has been passed through three generations. He loved professional wrestling, music, science fiction, and taking his father’s antique Model A for drives and to auto shows. He was preceded in death by his parents, Judge Samuel and Orel Held. Joel left behind his loving wife of 42 years, Lois Held; daughter, Carrie (Ben) Snyder; son, Jason (Jacquelyn) Held; grandson, Oliver Snyder; and granddaughters, Harlow and Tenley Held. Joel will be missed by his siblings, as well as many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
