Ilene D. Rosenbaum, 97, passed away December 11, 2017. Daughter of Abe and Rose Bernstein. Preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Sam H. Rosenbaum, and son Ron Rosenbaum. Survived by brother, Robert (Tiby) Bernstein; son, James (Marilyn) Rosenbaum; daughter, Deborah (Alan) Sitkoff; daughter-in-law, Lucy Quinlivan; grandchildren, Alexandra (Matthew Richard) Rosenbaum, Catherine (Jeffrey) Ottenbreit, Victoria (Robert) Rabin, Rachel (Chad) Gold, Leah Sitkoff and Nicholas Rosenbaum; great-grandchildren, Anastasia Johnson, Adam Johnson, Ulysses Richard, Sadie, Elias, Vance and Augustus Ottenbreit, Wesley and Vail Rabin, and Eleanor and Sasha Gold. Ilene was a life member of Hadassah & Sholom. She was always active in her community and loved to walk, golf, and play bridge. She took enormous pride in her family, and always, always, lived her life and did things her way. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Knollwood Place Apts., 3630 Phillps Parkway, St. Louis Park 55426. At her request, graveside services for family only.
