Thale Hilda G., (nee Miller), Woman of Valor, passed away March 3, 2009. She will always be remembered as a lady of enthusiasm and style. Preceded in death by parents, Sam and Mary; husband, Harold; brothers, Ruben, Benjamin, and Martin; and sister, Priscilla Dworsky. Survived by children, Dr. Murray and Nancy Thale, Toni and Jon Samuel, Cheri and Sam Hayo and Jeremy Thale; Grandchildren, Shai Hayo, Shaina Lucas (Chris) and Jesse Bennett (Ryan); great-grandchildren, Hannah Rose, Dylan and Jacob; brother, Beryl and wife Florence; sister-in-law, Esther Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Thanks to the caring and gentle staff at the Wellington and Alton, as well the team from Hospice of the Lakes… who all let us know that her smile lit up their day. Funeral service THURSDAY, 2:00PM, at TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. S., Minneapolis.
