Atkin, Harold Joseph, age 88, of Minnetonka. Preceded in death by parents, Meyer & Rose; brother, Morris; sister, Feet Gaines. Survived by wife of 65 years, Ruth; daughter, Rondi Atkin; son, Jeffrey (Brenda); grandchildren, Marlee (Rick) O'Neill, Reed Atkin; great-grandchildren, Kelsey & Jaxon; sister, Ester Leutenberg; and many adoring nieces & nephews. Harold was the supreme storyteller and he will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral service FRIDAY 1 PM, BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5224 W. 26th Street, St. Louis Park. Memorials preferred to Beth El Synagogue or Jewish Family & Children's Service - Minnepolis. Gathering of family and friends at 7 Oaks Condominiums, 3412 Oak Ridge Rd., Minnetonka Saturday 7 pm and SHIVA at same address, Sunday 7 pm.
