Dr Hans M. Schapire Obituary (1914 - 2013)

Dr. Hans M. Schapire, age 98, of Minneapolis, passed away January 16th. Preceded in death by daughter Julie Schapire, son-in-law Daniel Schak, and sister Franzi Weiss. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Libby; daughters, Esther Schak and Irene Mackay; son Robert Schapire (Roberta Sloan); son-in-law Robert Pomeranz; grandchildren, Benjamin Schak (Dory Weiss), Jacob Schak, Alexandra Mackay, Jennifer and Zachary Schapire, Adam and Ari Pomeranz. The family wishes to thank the staffs of Sholom Hospice and 4th Floor Walker Methodist Health Center for all their loving care. Funeral service 1:30pm FRIDAY at TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. So.
