Gayle Newman Obituary (1939 - 2024) - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Age 84, of Mendota Heights passed away on March 15, 2024. Gayle was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She was an elementary school teacher for over 15 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Norman Newman; parents, Mollie and Bernard Stameshkin; and sister, Reva Bronstien. Survived by daughter, Melissa Newman; son, Barry (Amy) Newman; grandchildren, Allisa and Paige; and niece, Barb Stevenson. Funeral service 2 PM on MONDAY, MARCH 18th, at ADATH JESHURUN CONGREGATION, 10500 Hillside Lane West, Minnetonka. Service will be live streamed at www.adathjeshurun.org. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Adath Jeshurun Congregation. SHIVA 7 PM on Monday and Tuesday at Barry and Amy Newman’s home, 8621 W. 29 th Street, St. Louis Park.
