Evelyn L. Katz Katz, Evelyn L. age 62, of Edina, died June 1, 2008. Survived by husband of 37 years, Jonathan, children, Jaime and Brian Katz; sister, Barbara Unger. Evie was a dedicated and beloved Spanish teacher at Richfield High School for twenty years. Services will be held at on Tuesday, June 3 , 2:30 pm, Temple Israel, 2324 Emerson Ave. South, Minneapolis. Burial will occur at Adath Yeshurun Cemetery, 5605 France Avenue South, Edina. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's favorite charity. Shiva: Temple Israel @ 7pm on June 3rd and June 4th.
