Eva Taran

Eva Taran, age 91 of St. Louis Park, passed peacefully June 18, 2015. She was a loving and loved wife, mother, daughter, sister, babi, great-babi, auntie and friend. Proceeded in death by parents Penia and Sura Ita Fingerot, husband Frank, brothers Louie (Joyce) and Sam (Sharon) Fingerot. Survived by sons Barry (Susan), Dale (Roberta), Stuart (Nancy) and daughter, Carrie (Ricky) Bloomfield; grandchildren Jess (Elizabeth), Matthew (Kristy), Adam, Rachel, Becky (Cyrus), Dusty, Joey, Jordan, Jared and Sam; great grandchildren Max and Elliot Taran, Ben and Natalie Taran, Camdyn and Priya Batheja.

Eva began her life journey in Russia before immigrating to Winnipeg, Manitoba, later relocating to Duluth, MN and retiring to St. Louis Park where many enjoyable years followed.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone at Roitenberg Memory Care and Sholom Hospice for their loving care and kindness.

Funeral service SUNDAY, 11:00 a.m., ADATH JESHURUN CONGREGATION, 10500 Hillside Lane W., Mtka. Private family burial to follow at Shaari Tzedek Cemetery, Hermantown, MN. Memorials preferred to Sholom Foundation directed to Roitenberg Memory Care or Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. SHIVA 7 PM Monday at Sholom Home West.
