Estelle Gale Obituary (1914 - 2010) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota

age 96. Beautiful and sophisticated, gracious and sweet, Estelle loved family and tradition. She was an avid reader and book club member, her dictionary always beside her. She was active in Hadassah as well as the Adath Jeshurun Women's League. She loved participating in Yiddish Vinkl activities at the J.C.C. and attending New Horizons events at Temple Israel. Preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Robert Gale; brothers, Harvey and Seymour Wise and special pet, Buttons. Survived by daughter, Ricki Gale; grandchildren, Allison Fingerett, Richard Zimmerman; sister-in-law, Eleanor Wise; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the truly wonderful staff at Sholom Alliance for the kindness and quality of care they provided. Also special thanks to Graham Smith and his staff at London's Limited for all the years of friendship. Funeral service will be held SUNDAY, Nov. 21, at 11:00 AM, UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 ½ at Thomas Ave. So., Richfield. Memorials to Adath Jeshurun Library Fund.
