Elliott Farber, age 90, of Apple Valley, passed away peacefully at home on January 10, 2019. He was born in Brooklyn NY and had 3 brothers. He still retained his east coast accent after living in the Midwest for 47 years. Elliott had a career in polymer and cosmetic chemistry. Survived by his wife of 63 years Joan ; children, Michelle (Dave), Fran (Bernie), Jennifer (Geoff), and Jon (Holly); 12 grandchildren including 3 sets of twins; Daniel, twins Emily and Andrew (Chelsea), Alyson (Carl), Benjamin (Melissa), twins Jacob and Alex, twins Sam and Noah, Rachel, Parker, and Jackson. Funeral services 2:00 p.m. SUNDAY January 13th at BETH JACOB CONGREGATION, 1179 Victoria Curve, Mendota Hts., MN. In lieu of flowers, donations to Intrepid Hospice, American Heart Association, or Jewish Family Services of St Paul. SHIVA 7:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday at 1701 James Rd, Mendota Hts, MN.
