Born in Kingston, New York in April, 1917, Eleanor married her husband Philip in 1938 in New York. Like many young brides at the time, she raised their son Paul alone for the first three years of his life while her beloved Phil served in the Pacific in WWII. They moved to St. Paul in 1958. Eleanor was a beautiful woman, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, a perfect homemaker and wonderful cook. She adored her family, son Paul (Vicki) and grandchildren, Leslie (Paul Satterlee and their son Beo Noah Philip), Andrew (Abigail Sherman) and Elizabeth. Eleanor was cherished by her brother and sister-in-law Fred and Ethel Katz and their five children. She will be remembered always by her loving family.
