Elayne R. Lasky Obituary (1926 - 2009)

Elayne R. Lasky, age 83 of St. Louis Park, passed away July 24th. Elayne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a longtime and favorite B.B.Y.O. leader. Preceded in death by parents, Fannie & Morris Felhandler and niece Delores Dinner. Survived by loving husband of 62 years, David; daughter, Marissa "Chicki" Lasky; son, Michael (Judy Silverstein) Lasky; grandchildren, Adam, Arielle, and Rebecca Lasky; sister, Esther Rosen; sisters-in-law, Dottie Hawk, Harriet Shapiro; nieces Marion (Jim) London, Renee (Bernie) Herman; former daughter-in-law, Rachel Lasky; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral service MONDAY, 11 AM, BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5224 W. 26th St., St. Louis Park. Memorials are preferred American Cancer Society or Jewish Family & Children's Services, or donor's favorite charity. SHIVA 7 PM Monday at Beth El Syn.
