Mrs. Edna Engelson Obituary (1909 - 2013) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota

Edna Engelson, age 103, of St. Paul. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Engelson; parents, Ben & Anna Milavitz; brothers, Lloyd, Sheridan and Albin Milavitz; sisters, Ruth Pomish and Hattie Levenson. Survived by son, Lanny (Charlotte) Berke; brother, Seymour (Sharon) Milavitz; grandchildren, Julie (Dave) Robinson, Lori Berke (Jeff Dick) and great-granddaughter, Avery Berke; also many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, step-children and step-grandchildren and devoted special friends, Lee Silverstein, Marsi Herman and Ida Ellis. Edna was a teacher and had her own electrolysis business until age 90. She was admired for her crochet work which won many awards. She always had a kind word for everyone. Funeral service FRIDAY 1 PM, HODROFF-EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 126 E. Franklin Ave., Minneapolis. Burial Sunday 12 noon, Superior Hebrew Cemetery, Superior, WI.
