Edmond Rubin Obituary (2008) - St. Paul, Minnesota

Rubin, Edmond Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, age 78 of St. Paul, passed away July 12, 2008. Edmond earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and served for 30 years as director of the Eisenmenger Learning Center, an agency of the Amhurst H. Wilder Foundation of St. Paul. Edmond was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his wife and children, and later his grandchildren. He loved biking, and had a good sense of humor, enjoying telling a funny story or joke. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Preceded in death by parents, Mitchell and Frances Rubin. Survived by wife, Dr. Rosalyn Rubin; daughters, Ellen Rosen (Peter) and Beth Shaw (Allen); granddaughters, Mary and Sarah Rosen. Funeral service MONDAY (TODAY) 11:00am at TEMPLE OF AARON CEMETERY, Dale and Larpenteur, Roseville. Memorials preferred to the Talmud Torah of St. Paul, or donor’s favorite charity.
