David Rose

David Bruce Rose, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, successful businessman, and generous supporter of causes close to his heart, passed away on September 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

David was the son of Solly Rose and Muriel “Babe” Rose, both of whom preceded him in death. David shared an extraordinary life with his beloved wife, Trish Rose, who passed away three years ago. Their marriage was filled with love, friendship, and partnership, and those who knew them understood just how special their relationship was. David was a proud and accomplished businessman, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of ValleyCrest Landscape. He was respected for his intelligence, integrity, determination, and strong work ethic. He also believed deeply in giving back. David generously supported many charitable causes throughout his life, with Israel and the Jewish community holding a particularly important place in his heart. Above all, David loved his family deeply and took tremendous pride in them. He leaves behind a legacy of family, generosity, accomplishment, and love. David is survived by his sons, Mitchell and Ethan Rose; his daughter-in-law, Heidi Lopata; his brother, Fred Rose; and his beloved grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. Funeral service 11:00 AM Thursday, September 17th at Minneapolis Jewish Cemetery Chapel, 7032 Penn Ave. S. in Richfield.
