Dale J. Krishef

Age 85 of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on January 26, 2024 with family by her side. Preceded in death by husband, Robert K. Krishef; parents, Julius and Fay Kaiser; granddaughter, Bracha Pela Krishef. Survived by son, Rabbi David and Cantor Marisa Bear Krishef; daughters, Carolyn Ostrovsky and Cathy Kaufman (Bill); Igor Ostrovsky; grandchildren Zachary, Solomon, Sarah and Harrison Krishef; Alex and Jack Ostrovsky; Jared and Alyssa Kaufman. Dale is also survived by her sisters Greta Stryker and Carole Shapiro. Dale touched many lives through her years of skillfully teaching young children, as well as her bountiful cooking for family and friends and gracious hospitality. Her nieces and nephews and others nourished to their souls by her cooking will remember this with fondness. She was committed to civic duties and community advocacy, as well as volunteering for several Jewish organizations, including the Beth El Gift Shop, which was a beloved honor and responsibility to her. Funeral service 1:30 pm on MONDAY, January 29th at BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5225 Barry Street West, St. Louis Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the Krishef Family Camp Ramah Endowment Fund at Beth El or to a charity of one's choice. SHIVA 7:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday at Beth El Synagogue.
