Cecilea Heisner Obituary (1927 - 2025) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota

Cecilea Heisner (Ceil), age 98, Holocaust survivor, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, Oct.28th, surrounded by her loving family. Ceil is survived by her daughters, Mary (Jack) Baumgarten and Roz (Ami) Elbaz; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends and admirers. Ceil leaves behind a legacy of resilience, optimism and love of life. She loved her family more than anything in the world. Ceil's funeral will take place in New York. Shiva at Beth El Sunday, Nov. 2nd and Monday, Nov. 3 at 7pm. Donations can be made to Mary Baumgarten's funds at Beth El or the Talmud Torah of Mpls.
