Carolyn F. Lieberman

Carolyn Figur Lieberman, passed away peacefully Wednesday after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Stephen K. Lieberman, parents Morris and Ruth Figur, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Richard and Marilynn Lieberman. She is survived by her children, Nancy (Steven) Neudorf and Tom (Amy) Lieberman, grandchildren Jack, Liza, Danny, Emily, and Jake, sister Jan (Ben) Greenberg, brother-in-law James (Keren) Lieberman, sister-in-law Jane (Robert) Gerstein, and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carolyn will live on in the hearts of her family and many dear friends who will remember her style, generosity, wit, and wisdom. She was a founding partner of Epitome, and an active volunteer and past division president of Minneapolis Jewish Federation. The family would like to express its deepest gratitude to Cecilia, Inta, Kim, and especially Carrie for the kind and loving care they provided. Funeral services SUNDAY 3:00 PM at TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. So., Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, tributes are preferred to donor’s favorite charity.
