Bess Swartz Obituary (1913 - 2011) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota

Bess Swartz, age 98, of St. Louis Park, passed away, surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abbott. Survived by sons, Stephen (Harriet), Allan (partner Connie), Arnold (Amy); daughter, Judie (Stan); daughter-in-law, Georgean; niece, Jackie (Rudy); nephew, Bruce (Nina). Bess is also survived by her nine grandchildren, Melinda (Jeff), Jeff (girlfriend Traci), Andrea (Arthur), Andrew, Dan (Laura), Julie (fiancé Simcha), Adam (Annette), Erica and Michael (Tera), and 15 great-grandchildren, Yonah (Yoniton), Avi, Yeshaya, Shifra, Eva, Binyomin, Maya, Mira, Aaron, Ethan, Yitzchok, Isaac, Eden, Molly and Livingston. Bess was loved and admired by all. Services were held Friday at United Hebrew Brotherhood Cemetery. Shiva at the Knollwood Place, 3630 Phillips Pkwy, 7 pm on Saturday. Donations may be made to the Ann Bancroft Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice.
