Bernice H. Fiterman Obituary (1922 - 2017)

Bernice “Gramma Sweetie" Fiterman, age 95 passed away on November 11, 2017. Preceded in death by husband of 67 years Benjamin Fiterman; parents, Arthur and Esther Wasserman; siblings, Sue Berlowe, Faye Glickman, Rose Schneider, Ben and Morrie Wasserman. Survived by children, Carolyn Fiterman & Roger Cone, Serene & Peter Simon and Mike & Linda Fiterman; grandchildren, Jill Simon, John & Lisa Simon, Betsy & Jay Hiniker, Kathy & Tyler Rendleman, Jack & Amy Fiterman, Ann & Todd Miller and Debra & Alex Arbit; great- grandchildren, Jack, Nick and Molly Hiniker, Jenna Rose and Mari Simon, Charlie, Joe, Lucy and Sally Rendleman, Adam, Sam and Josi Fiterman, Josh and Eve Miller and Margot, Ben and Levi Arbit and other extended family and friends. Bernice was active in business and the community. She was known as a deeply caring person who always treated everyone like family. Bernice was a wonderful and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend who loved everyone and everyone loved her. Special thanks to our extended family of caregivers who treated Bernice like their own mother. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. TUESDAY November 14th at BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5225 Barry St. W., St. Louis Park.
