Arnold "Arnie" Pesses, age 83 of St. Paul, formerly of El Dorado, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother. He is survived by his very loving wife of 25 years, Sharyn; children, Cheryl Ravich, Michael Pesses (Sherry Johnson), David Effress (Inna), Lisa Effress (Tim Roper); grandchildren, Alyssa, Alex, Ali, Ashley, Raisa, Abe, Jake, and Eva; sister-in-law, Marjorie Stein; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Nancy & Herman Markowitz. Arnie was a proud veteran serving in the US Air Force during the Korean War. The family is grateful for the loving care from the staff at Sholom Home East over the last 6 months of Arnolds life. He considered Sholom Home East his home. Funeral services, 1:00PM, TUESDAY, TEMPLE OF AARON, 616 So. Mississippi River Blvd., St Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to The Jewish Federation of Greater St. Paul or the Shirley Chapman Sholom Home East.
