Alvin S. Perlman Obituary (1929 - 2015)

Alvin S. Perlman, age 86 of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2015. Preceded in death by parents Lewis & Mary Perlman. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, June; sister-in-law and brother in-law, Ruth and John Olson; close cousins Jon & Judy Harris; nephew Timothy Olson; special dog Sassy; and other family and close friends. Alvin was a graduate of Old West High School and attended the University of Minnesota; where he was a member of the Presidents Club. He was President of Northwest Standard Products Co. Funeral service FRIDAY 11:00 AM, TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. S., Mpls. Memorials preferred to Temple Israel Alvin & June Perlman Senior Rabbinic Chair Endowment Fund or the Alvin & June Perlman Chair in Oncology at the University of Minnesota Veterinary College.
