Age 62 of Minneapolis passed away Feb. 5, 2009. Allen was the founder of Emotions Anonymous in 1971. He is preceded in death by his father, Louis; mother, Sally; step-father, Ed Kamens. Survived by sons, Aaron (Kelly) and Larry (Mandy); brother, Jeffrey J. Weiss (Jeannie) and their children, Stephanie and Michelle; grandchildren, Jaylee, Joel, Marissa, Breanna, and Madison. Funeral service SUNDAY, 2:00PM, MINNEAPOLIS JEWISH CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 ½ and Penn Ave., Richfield. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, 2520 Pilot Knob Rd., Suite 150, Mendota Heights, MN 55120; Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and Emotions Anonymous.
