Rachel L (Serber) Duncan, age 33 of Charlottesville, VA. formerly of Plymouth, MN died August 8th. Rachel was Principal Trumpet of the Charlottesville Symphony. Preceded in death by grandparents, Grace and Jacob Serber and Joan Spanjers.
