Arlene Ben-Shalom Obituary (2023)

Arlene Ben-Shalom, passed away peacefully on March 7 in Las Vegas at the age of 82. She was born on December 22, 1940 and raised in Winnipeg, then moved to Minneapolis in the mid-60s with her young sons when she was a young widow. Arlene was preceded in death by husbands Gordy Shuster, Irv Gendler, Eli Ben-Shalom and Blane Myhre, and her parents Mollie and Issie Litman Arlene is survived by her sons Evan (Laurie) Shuster and Kerry (Sandi) Shuster and granddaughters Lexie (David) and Mikayla; brothers Harvey (Rochelle) Litman and Rick (Joan) Litman. She also leaves behind a host of other family as well as innumerable friends. She will be missed. Per Arlene's request there will be no funeral. A memorial service will be planned for this summer in Minneapolis. Donations can be directed to a charity of one's choice, and can be directed to Evan Shuster, 235 Brassy Court, Alpharetta, GA 30022.
